on the DeBarge family's musical legacy. The film is slated for a 2012 release.

Along with James' daughter Kristinia, El's son El Jr., and Tommy's son Andrew, a few more DeBarge
offspring have musical aspirations and are working toward the release of their debuts. Keep an ear out
for music from El's son Zech (a.k.a. Kamren), Bobby's son Bobby III (a.k.a. Bobby Jr.), and Tommy's
sons Javon & Christian (a.k.a. Dior). Some have also "caught the acting bug". El's daughter Kendall has
a role in the new TV series "Clue" and is also pursuing a career in music and signed to Atlantic Records.
Chico's daughter Cheyanne is focusing on acting and modeling. El's daughters Bobbie and Jordan are
showing interest in acting, modeling & music. Bobby's son Christian & El's son Josh have shown interest
in music, but have gone in a different direction for now. Chico's son Dontae is pursuing modeling.

One of the first steps toward this goal was a visit to Dr. Drew's new show, "Lifechangers". Bunny, Randy, James and Bunny's daughter Janae appear on the episode that airs 9/21/11 to discuss their past abuse, drug use, etc. and the steps they need to take to get their lives back on track. Bunny has completed her stay at the drug treatment facility and will discuss her rehab experience and future plans. Randy left the program after 33 days. James left only after a few hours.
